Getting Started

Registration

The registration page is at /register. The page is split into two sections: a left panel showing the platform's value proposition and feature badges, and a right panel with the registration form.

Left panel highlights:

• Headline: "The largest database of Central European companies" (translated per language)
• Subtext: "Access 9M+ companies, 6M+ verified contacts. Start free with 20 queries — no credit card required."
• Four feature badges: 9M+ Companies (7 Central European countries), 6M+ Contacts (Verified email, phone & website data), AI Campaigns (Automated outreach at scale), GDPR Compliant (Enterprise-grade security)

Registration form fields:

• Full Name (required)
• Email Address (required)
• Phone Number (required) — with a country prefix dropdown supporting 35 countries: SK, CZ, AT, DE, PL, HU, NL, BE, FR, IT, ES, PT, IE, GB, US, CA, AU, NZ, NO, SE, DK, FI, RO, BG, HR, SI, LT, LV, EE, CH, UA, IL, AE, IN, SG
• Password (required, minimum 8 characters) — real-time strength indicator showing Weak, Fair, Good, or Strong
• Confirm Password (required)

Post-registration flow: After submitting, a verification email is sent. The confirmation screen shows:

• Check your spam folder reminder
• Link valid for 24 hours notice
• Security notice: don't share the link
• "Back to Sign In" button

If the user arrived from a plan selection on the landing page (via ?plan= and ?priceId= URL params), their plan intent is stored in localStorage and auto-triggered on the billing page after login.

Language switcher: Pill-style buttons (EN, DE, PL, SK, CZ, HU) displayed above the form.

Footer: Terms of service link, privacy policy link, GDPR badge, 256-bit SSL badge.

Login

The login page is at /login. Users authenticate with email and password.

Features:

• Password visibility toggle (show/hide)
• Language switcher (pill-style buttons for all 6 languages)
• Redirect to the originally requested page after successful login

Navigation

After logging in, every page shares a consistent sidebar with the following navigation items:

1. AI Assistant — AI-powered chat helper
2. Dashboard — Company database search and export
3. Pipeline — CRM for managing leads and clients
4. Unibox — Unified inbox for all email replies
5. Stats — Team performance analytics
6. (divider)
7. Calendar — Event management and scheduling
8. Campaigns — Email campaign management
9. Email Accounts — SMTP/IMAP account configuration
10. Daily Stats — Daily activity logging
11. (divider)
12. Billing — Subscription and plan management

The sidebar can be collapsed to an icon-only view. On mobile devices, it collapses into a hamburger menu with a backdrop overlay. The sidebar also shows:

• DataSend.ai logo and current page subtitle
• Language dropdown switcher
• Logged-in user's avatar (initials), name, email, and a logout button
• Pipeline count badge (showing how many leads are in the pipeline)
