Pipeline — CRM

Visual sales pipeline with kanban and list views. Drag leads through stages, filter by priority, and never lose a deal.


The Pipeline (/pipeline) is a lightweight CRM for tracking leads and clients through the sales process.

Pipeline Stages

11 stages total:

  1. New Leads — freshly added
  2. Contacted — initial outreach made
  3. Interested — showed interest
  4. Meeting Scheduled — meeting set up
  5. Proposal Sent — offer delivered
  6. Client — converted to client
  7. Meet — meeting stage
  8. Decision — awaiting decision
  9. Payment — payment in process
  10. Closed Won — deal successfully closed
  11. Closed Lost — deal lost

Views

Two views with tab switching:

  • Leads — active prospects (stages 1-5)
  • Clients — converted customers (Client, Won, Lost stages)

Both display a sortable table with columns: Company, Notes, Contact, Website, Revenue, Created, Contacted, Next Action. Overdue items flagged with red "OVERDUE" badges, items due today show amber "TODAY" badges.

Filtering

  • Priority filter: All, Urgent, High, Medium, Low
  • Status filter: All stages
  • Free-text search

Lead Management

Creating a Lead: Form with company search (auto-complete from database), contact details (name, email, phone, website), pipeline info (status, priority, source), dates (last contacted with date picker, next contact with datetime picker), notes, and external registry link field.

Lead Detail Panel: Clicking a lead in the table opens a side panel with complete information:

  • Header: Company name, status badge, priority indicator
  • Financial Info: Estimated deal value (€), displayed prominently
  • Status & Priority: Current stage and urgency level with colored badges
  • Contact Information: All clickable — email (opens mail client), phone (opens dialer), website (opens in new tab). Copy buttons on hover.
  • Notes Section: Free-text area for recording conversation details, meeting outcomes, next steps, special requirements, or any context about the lead. Notes are saved per-lead and visible to all team members with access.
  • Key Dates:
    • Created — when the lead was added to the pipeline
    • Last Contacted — when you last reached out (manually set)
    • Next Action — the next scheduled follow-up date/time (shown with OVERDUE/TODAY badges in the table)
    • Assigned To — which team member owns this lead
  • Source: Where the lead came from (Dashboard, Email Campaign, Referral, etc.)
  • Registry Link: Where available, a direct link to the company's external business registry page
  • Action Buttons:
    • Move to Clients / Move to Leads — transfer between the Leads and Clients tabs
    • Edit — open the full edit form with all fields
    • Delete — remove from pipeline (with confirmation)

Priorities with colors: Urgent (red), High (amber), Medium (blue), Low (gray)
