Billing & Plans

The Billing page (/billing) manages subscription plans and payment processing via Stripe integration.

Plans

Two pricing tiers:

Starter (Freelancer) — €79/month ($89 USD, with local equivalents in CZK, PLN, HUF, CHF)

• 5,000 queries per month
• All filters and search capabilities
• Contact data access
• 1,000 campaign emails per month
• 1,000 API requests per month
• Email support

Business (Founder) — €179/month (marked as "Most Popular") ($199 USD)

• 50,000 queries per month
• All filters and search capabilities
• Contact data access
• 5,000 campaign emails per month
• 10,000 API requests per month
• Priority support

Plan Selection Flow

1. User clicks "Select Plan" on a plan card
2. If not logged in → redirected to /register?plan=X&priceId=Y
3. If logged in → Stripe Checkout session created via /api/billing/checkout
4. User completes payment on Stripe
5. Redirected back to /billing?payment=success with success toast
6. Cancelled payments redirect to ?payment=cancelled with error toast

Auto-trigger: If user registers from landing page with a plan pre-selected, the checkout auto-triggers when they first visit the billing page (stored in localStorage as pending_plan).

Subscription Management

Active subscribers see:

• Green banner showing current plan name, renewal date, and cancellation status
• "Manage Subscription" button → opens Stripe Customer Portal for: changing plans, updating payment method, viewing invoices, cancelling subscription
• Active plan card shows "Current Plan" with green badge, button disabled

Enterprise

Enterprise CTA card with "Contact Us" button linking to info@datasend.ai. For companies needing custom limits, dedicated support, or custom integrations.

Payment Security

Footer badges: 256-bit SSL, Powered by Stripe, GDPR Compliant. Disclaimer: "All plans are commitment-free. Cancel anytime. Payments secured via Stripe."
