Log daily sales activity — calls, deals closed, day rating, and notes. Track performance with day-over-day comparisons.

This data feeds into the Stats analytics page for team-wide performance tracking.
Selecting a Date
At the top, pick the date you're logging for. Quick buttons for "Today" and "Yesterday" make this fast. You can also navigate to any past date using the date picker. You cannot log future dates. If an entry already exists for the selected date, the form loads that data and shows an "Updating" indicator.
Call Activity
Track the calls you made today. Each type has a numeric counter (click + or − to adjust):
- Cold Calls — calls to prospects who don't know you yet. These are the first-time outreach calls to new leads.
- Warm Calls — calls to prospects who have shown some interest (e.g., they replied to an email, visited your website, or were referred). Easier conversations than cold calls.
- Hot Calls — calls to prospects who are actively interested or in negotiation. These leads are close to converting.
- Incoming — calls you received from prospects who contacted you first (inbound inquiries, callbacks).
Call Results
Track the outcomes of your calls:
- Reached — how many of your calls were actually answered by the person you were trying to reach (not voicemail, not a gatekeeper).
- Positive — calls where the outcome was favorable: they agreed to a meeting, asked for more info, showed interest, or moved forward in some way.
- Meetings Booked — calls that resulted in a scheduled meeting or demo (the meeting hasn't happened yet, just booked).
- Meetings Done — meetings or demos you actually held today (these were previously booked, now completed).
Messaging
Track your written outreach:
- Emails Sent — cold emails or follow-ups you sent manually today (campaign emails are tracked automatically and don't need to be logged here).
- Emails Replied — replies you received to your emails today.
- SMS Sent — text messages sent to prospects.
- SMS Replied — text message replies received.
Pipeline
Track pipeline movement:
- Leads Added — new leads you added to the Pipeline today (from Dashboard, manually, or other sources).
- Leads Removed — leads you removed from the Pipeline today (disqualified, duplicate, or no longer relevant).
Day Rating
Rate your overall day from 1 to 5 stars. This is subjective — based on how productive and successful you felt. These ratings are aggregated into the "Team Mood" metric on the Stats page, giving managers insight into team morale.
Closed Deals
Record deals you closed today by entering the company's registration number. Each closed deal is logged with the company name and appears in your daily list. These feed into the "Deals Closed" metrics across the platform.
Daily Notes
A free-text field for anything worth recording: wins you want to celebrate, challenges you faced, leads that need special follow-up tomorrow, ideas for improving your approach, or context for unusual numbers.
Comparisons
Today vs Yesterday: A side-by-side comparison showing key metrics with color-coded arrows. Green upward arrows indicate improvement over yesterday, red downward arrows indicate decline. Metrics compared: Total Calls, Reached, Emails, SMS, Meetings, Positive responses, Leads Added, Deals Closed.
This Week: A weekly overview grid showing each day's totals with mini benchmark indicators: Low (below average), High (above average), Meet (meeting target), Deal (closed a deal).
Saving
Click "Save" for new entries or "Update" for existing ones. The system automatically detects whether you're creating or editing based on the selected date.
