How DataSend automatically detects the right email provider (Google, Microsoft, custom SMTP/IMAP) for any account you connect.
The platform automatically detects email providers from domain names and email headers. Supported providers include:
Major providers: Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365/Outlook, Zoho Mail, ProtonMail, Yahoo, iCloud
Regional providers: The system also detects regional hosting providers across Central Europe (e.g., German, Austrian, Swiss, Polish, Czech, and Slovak email hosts).
Detection uses: domain matching, "Received" header analysis, and X-Mailer header inspection.
