Here's every AI feature, where it appears, and how it works.
Auto-Classification of Replies (Unibox)
This is the most impactful AI feature. Every time a prospect replies to your campaign email, the system automatically:
- Detects the reply via IMAP polling on your connected email accounts
- Sends the email content to GPT-4o-mini for analysis
- Classifies the reply and stores the results
- Displays the classification in Unibox as a colored category badge and summary banner
What the AI determines for each reply:
- Interest Level — is the prospect interested? (yes/no). A reply saying "Send me pricing" = interested. "Please remove me from your list" = not interested.
- Sentiment — the emotional tone: positive (open, friendly), neutral (informational), or negative (rejection, annoyance)
- Category Assignment — based on the analysis, the reply is auto-tagged in Unibox as: Interested (green), Not Interested (red), Callback (blue), Booked (purple), Neutral (gray), or Blacklist
- Suggested Action — what you should do next:
schedule_call— they want a call or meetingsend_pricing— they asked about price, offer, or quotesend_info— they want more details or informationfollow_up_later— not now, but maybe later (they mention a future date)disqualify— clear "no", unsubscribe, or "not interested"forward_contact— they forwarded to a colleague (the AI extracts the forwarded email address)reply— interested but didn't specify what exactly
- Urgency — how quickly you should respond:
- High — they mention a deadline, "urgent", "ASAP", or a specific near-term date
- Medium — standard interest, no time pressure
- Low — "maybe later", "not now", "in a few months"
- Mentioned Date — if the reply references a specific time ("next Tuesday", "in 3 months"), the AI extracts it
- Forwarded Contact — if the reply says "contact my colleague at jan@firma.sk", the AI extracts that email
- Key Request — a short label of what they specifically want (e.g., "pricing quote", "product demo", "call next week")
The AI Summary Banner: In Unibox, every reply thread shows a colored banner at the top with a 1-2 sentence AI-generated explanation. For example:
- "Customer expressed interest in pre-orders and is open to further communication about summer offers" (shown in the email's language)
- "Clear rejection without room for future contact"
- "Not the decision-maker, forwarded to jan@firma.sk for further discussion"
This summary is written in the same language as the email itself — a German email gets a German summary, a Polish email gets a Polish summary, automatically detected from the content.
How this helps you: Instead of reading every reply manually to figure out what the prospect wants, you can scan Unibox by category badges: handle all "Interested" replies first, then "Callback", then review "Not Interested" to confirm the AI got it right. The suggested action tells you exactly what to do for each reply.
Fallback when AI is unavailable: If GPT is down or rate-limited, a keyword-based fallback activates. It scans the email text for positive patterns (interest, pricing, meeting, call, demo) and negative patterns (not interested, unsubscribe, please remove, stop) across supported languages. Less accurate than GPT but ensures no reply goes unclassified.
AI Openers (Campaigns)
AI Openers are personalized opening lines generated for each lead when they're imported into a campaign. Instead of starting every cold email with the same generic opener, each lead gets a unique first sentence that references their company, industry, or location.
Available variables:
{{ai_opener}}— a full personalized opener. Example: "I noticed your company has been growing in the construction sector in Bratislava — impressive work."{{ai_opener_industry}}— opener focused on the lead's industry and company name. Example: "Working with companies in healthcare like yours, I've seen a common challenge..."{{ai_opener_location}}— opener focused on the lead's city and company name. Example: "Being based in Košice, you might be familiar with..."{{ai_opener_long}}— comprehensive opener combining city, industry, and company name into a longer personalized sentence
When they're generated: Once, at the time leads are imported into the campaign. They're stored per-lead, so they stay consistent even if the lead receives multiple sequence steps.
Why this matters: Personalized openers significantly improve open and reply rates compared to generic templates. They make each email feel hand-written even when sending thousands.
AI Grammar Variables (Campaigns)
A feature designed for languages with grammatical cases, where city names, industries, and company names change form based on context (declension). Particularly valuable for German, Polish, Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian.
The problem: In English, you write "in Berlin" regardless of context. In German, grammatical cases change articles and prepositions. In Polish, "w Warszawie" vs "z Warszawy" vs "do Warszawy" are all different forms. Using the wrong form sounds unnatural and immediately signals a mass email.
The solution: AI Grammar Variables automatically generate the correct grammatical form:
{{ai_name}}— the company name cleaned up: removes legal suffixes (GmbH, AG, e.K., s.r.o., Sp. z o.o.) that look clunky in a conversational email. "Müller Consulting GmbH" becomes "Müller Consulting".{{ai_city}}— the city name in the correct grammatical case for the sentence context. The AI detects what case is needed based on surrounding text.{{ai_industry}}— the industry name properly adapted. In German: "Bauwesen" (construction) becomes "im Bauwesen" (in construction). In Polish: "budownictwo" becomes "w budownictwie".
Examples per language (shown in the sequence editor):
- German: "in Berlin", "für das Gesundheitswesen"
- Polish: "w Warszawie", "dla branży zdrowotnej"
- English: "in London", "for healthcare"
- Slovak: "v Bratislave", "pre zdravotníctvo"
- Czech: "v Praze", "pro zdravotnictví"
- Hungarian: "Budapesten", "az egészségügyben"
AI Reply Drafting (Unibox)
When replying to a prospect in Unibox, you can click the "AI Draft" button to have the AI generate a reply for you.
How it works:
- Click the AI Draft button in the reply composer
- Optionally enter instructions (e.g., "be more casual", "mention our 30-day trial", "decline politely")
- The AI receives the full conversation history (all previous emails in the thread) plus your instructions
- It generates a contextually appropriate reply that continues the conversation naturally
- The draft appears in the reply editor — you can edit it before sending
What makes it context-aware: The AI sees every previous message in the thread, so it knows what was already discussed, what the prospect asked for, and what tone the conversation has. It won't repeat information already shared or ask questions already answered.
Grammar Checking (Unibox)
Before sending a reply, click the "Grammar Check" button to have the AI review your text.
How it works:
- Click the grammar check icon in the reply toolbar
- The AI analyzes your text for spelling, grammar, and style issues
- Two possible outcomes:
- "Perfect!" — no issues found, your text is good to go
- "Fixed!" — issues were found and automatically corrected in the editor. Review the changes before sending.
This is particularly useful for non-native speakers or when writing in languages with complex grammar (German cases, Slavic declension, Hungarian conjugation).
AI Warmup Emails (Warmup System)
The warmup system uses GPT-4o-mini to generate realistic business emails sent between accounts in the warmup pool (described in detail in section 7.9). The AI generates:
- Original emails using 12 conversation scenarios (meeting follow-up, scheduling, project updates, etc.) in the appropriate language based on the recipient's domain
- Replies to warmup emails — short, natural acknowledgments that maintain the conversation thread
This ensures warmup emails look like real human correspondence to email providers, building sender reputation more effectively than template-based approaches.
AI Chat Assistant (Dedicated Page)
The AI Assistant page (/ai) provides a full conversational AI interface for help with cold email strategy, copywriting, and platform usage. Described in detail in section 11.
