Calendar

The Calendar (/calendar) provides event management, scheduling, and external calendar integration.

Calendar Views

Three views selectable via toggle:

• Month View — traditional calendar grid with events shown as colored dots/labels. Day names localized per language (Mo/Di/Mi/Do/Fr/Sa/So for German, Mon/Tue/Wed for English, etc.). On mobile, auto-switches to Day view.
• Week View — 7-day view with hourly time slots (0-23h). Click any time slot to create an event at that time. Shows date range in header (e.g., "14 Apr – 20 Apr, 2026").
• Day View — single day with hourly slots. Click any slot to create an event.

Navigation: Previous/Next buttons adjust by month, week, or day depending on view. Today button jumps to current date.

Event Types (7 types with color coding)

1. Meeting (blue, Users icon)
2. Call (purple, Phone icon)
3. Follow Up (amber, Mail icon)
4. Task (green, Check icon)
5. Video Call (pink, Video icon)
6. Reminder (indigo, Bell icon)
7. Deadline (red, Clock icon)

Event Type Filters: Toggle buttons in the sidebar to show/hide specific event types on the calendar.

Event Creation/Editing Modal

Fields:

• Title (required)
• Event Type (custom dropdown with icons and colors)
• Start Date & Time (24h custom date-time picker)
• End Date & Time
• All Day toggle
• Location (text field)
• Description (text area)
• Link to Pipeline Lead — search and select a lead from the pipeline to associate with this event
• Reminder — dropdown: None, 15 minutes before, 1 hour before
• Color — 12 color options: Blue, Purple, Amber, Green, Pink, Indigo, Red, Gray, Lime, Emerald, Brown, Cyan
• Save / Delete buttons

Google Calendar Sync

CalendarSyncPanel component providing:

• Connect Google Calendar — OAuth flow via /api/auth/google. After authorization, redirects back with ?google=connected status.
• Sync Now — POST to /api/calendar/sync. Shows result: "Pulled X, Pushed Y events."
• Disconnect — removes Google Calendar connection
• Subscribe (ICS Feed) — generates a unique webcal URL for your calendar. Click the subscribe button to copy the URL to your clipboard, then paste it into any calendar app:
  • Apple Calendar — File → New Calendar Subscription → paste URL
  • Google Calendar — Settings → Add calendar → From URL → paste URL
  • Microsoft Outlook — Add calendar → Subscribe from web → paste URL
  • Any app supporting ICS/webcal — the feed provides a standard .ics format that auto-updates

The ICS feed is read-only — it syncs your DataSend events into external calendars, but changes made in external apps won't sync back. For two-way sync, use the Google Calendar connection instead.

Status indicators: Connected/Not Connected, last sync time, sync loading state.
