The Analytics tab provides comprehensive campaign performance data.
Stats Cards (Top Row)
Six metric cards showing absolute numbers and rates:
- Total Sent — total emails delivered across all steps
- Delivered — emails that reached the inbox (sent minus bounced)
- Opened — unique opens detected via tracking pixel (with open rate %)
- Replied — leads who sent a reply (with reply rate %)
- Bounced — failed deliveries (with bounce rate %)
- Unsubscribed — leads who opted out (with rate %)
Performance Chart
A timeline chart showing daily sends, opens, and replies. Users can select time ranges: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or All time. Helps visualize trends and identify drops in engagement.
Sequence Performance
A per-step breakdown table showing each sequence step's individual performance:
- Step number and subject line
- Sent count
- Open rate (%)
- Reply rate (%)
This reveals which steps are underperforming — for example, if Step 3 has a much lower open rate than Step 1, the subject line may need work. If Step 2 has the highest reply rate, that message is resonating best.
