Campaign Settings

Configure sending accounts, schedules, throttling, access permissions, and advanced campaign options.


Settings Tab — Campaign Configuration

Basic Settings

  • Campaign Name — descriptive name for internal reference
  • Daily Limit — maximum number of emails the campaign will send per day across all assigned accounts. Set this based on your account count and warmup status. Example: 20 accounts × 50 emails each = 1,000 daily limit.
  • Daily Randomization (±) — adds random variance to the daily limit to make sending patterns look more natural. A limit of 3,000 ± 250 means the system will send between 2,750 and 3,250 emails on any given day.
  • Status Display — shows current campaign status (Active/Paused) with the creation date

Advanced Settings

  • Prioritize New Leads — when enabled, the system sends Step 1 emails to new leads before sending follow-up steps to existing leads. Useful when you want to quickly contact freshly imported leads.
  • Unsubscribe Link Header — adds a one-click unsubscribe header (List-Unsubscribe) to all outgoing emails. Required for compliance with email provider policies (Gmail, Outlook) and GDPR. When a recipient clicks the unsubscribe link, their status automatically changes to "Unsubscribed" and no further emails are sent.

Accounts to Use

Select which email accounts send emails for this campaign. The system rotates between selected accounts to distribute sending volume and avoid hitting per-account limits.

Features:

  • Multi-select with checkboxes
  • Filter accounts by category (e.g., "Google Workspace", "Microsoft 365")
  • Search by name or email address
  • Select All / Deselect All buttons
  • Counter showing "X of Y selected"

Best practice: Use at least 3-5 warmed-up accounts per campaign to distribute volume and improve deliverability.

Sending Schedule

Configure when emails are sent:

  • Time Windows — e.g., 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Emails are only sent during this window. Multiple windows can be added (e.g., morning 8-12, afternoon 2-5).
  • Active Days — select which days of the week to send (Mon-Sun). Typically Mon-Fri for B2B campaigns.
  • Timezone — displayed for reference (e.g., UTC+01:00 for Central Europe)

Best practice: Avoid sending outside business hours. Tuesday-Thursday typically have the best open rates for B2B emails.

Campaign Access

Share campaign access with team members:

  • Enter a team member's email to grant access
  • Shows list of all users with access
  • Users with access can manage leads, view analytics, and modify sequences
  • Important: shared users can manage the campaign without having access to the actual email account credentials (SMTP/IMAP passwords)

Save All Settings

A single "Save All Settings" button at the bottom persists all configuration changes at once. Changes are not auto-saved — you must click this button.

Danger Zone

  • Delete Campaign — permanently removes the campaign and ALL associated data: leads, email logs, analytics, sequences. This action is irreversible and requires confirmation.
