Affiliate Program
Recommend DataSend with your own link and earn 30% of what each customer you bring pays for their plan, for 12 months. Visits count for 90 days.
Every DataSend account comes with its own affiliate link. Share it, and for each customer who signs up through it you earn 30% of what they pay for their DataSend plan, every month, for 12 months. There is nothing to apply for.
How it works
- Sign in (or create a free account) and open Settings → Affiliate program.
- Copy Your link. It looks like
datasend.ai/r/your-name. - Share it with companies that sell to other businesses: clients, readers, your network.
- When someone opens the link and signs up, they appear under People you brought.
- Each time they pay for a plan, your commission shows under To be paid out.
- Enter your Payout details once. You're paid monthly by bank transfer.

The terms

The commission is worked out from what the customer actually paid for the plan. If they pay a discounted price, you get 30% of the discounted price. It is counted in the currency they paid in, so you may see amounts in more than one currency.
Note: A free trial costs the customer nothing, so it earns nothing. Your commission starts with their first real payment.
Your link
Your link is created the first time you open Settings, with a name based on your own name or email. You can use it in two ways:
- The short link:
datasend.ai/r/your-nameopens the DataSend homepage in the visitor's browser language. - Any page: add
?ref=your-nameto any datasend.ai link, for example a blog article or the pricing section.
Changing your link name
- Click Change next to your link.
- Type the new name after
datasend.ai/r/. - Click Save.
Use 3 to 30 lowercase letters, numbers or dashes. If someone else already has the name, you see "This link is taken. Try another." Some reserved words can't be used.
Note: When you change the name, the old link stops working. Update it wherever you've shared it. Visits you've already collected stay in your numbers.
When a sign-up counts
- The visitor opens your link, and within 90 days creates a DataSend account in the same browser. Signing up with email or with Continue with Google both count.
- If the visitor opened several affiliate links, the last one they opened counts.
- Only new accounts count. An account that already existed can't be linked to you later.
- Signing up through your own link doesn't count.
Your numbers
The Affiliate program section in Settings shows live numbers:

Below the tiles, People you brought lists each account with a shortened email address, the sign-up date, a Paying or Free plan badge and what you've earned from them so far.
Getting paid
- In Payout details, enter where to send the money: IBAN, account holder, and your company name and ID for the invoice.
- Click Save.
Payouts go out once a month by bank transfer. When a payout is made, the amount moves from To be paid out to Paid out.
