A lot has changed since late September 2026. This page lists what you will notice, newest first, grouped by month and by area. Each item links to the page that explains it in full.
November 2026
Contact lists
You can now buy the companies your Dashboard filters show as a file, once, without a subscription. See Contact lists.
- Buy list on the Dashboard opens a window with your selected filters, the contact type you want and how many companies to take.
- Prices per company: €0.15 for email, phone and website; €0.10 for email; €0.10 for phone; €0.05 for website.
- The smallest card payment is €10. A list holds up to 250,000 companies; a bigger selection is bought as several lists.
- Payment goes through Stripe, with an invoice that carries your company name and VAT ID.
- The new My lists page in the menu has your lists as CSV or Excel. A big list shows a progress bar while its file is prepared.
- Emails on domains that no longer exist and contacts on the do-not-contact list are taken out. Each company left without what you paid for is credited toward your next list. There are no refunds, only credit.
- Companies you already unlocked are never charged again, and everything you buy is unlocked in your account.
Free trial
- Your first plan checkout can start with a 7-day free trial. A card is required and is charged on day 8 unless you cancel.
- Until the first payment, a trial has 100 unlocks, 300 campaign leads and 50 emails a day.
- There is one trial per customer and per card. See Billing & Plans.
Campaigns
- Follow-ups with an empty subject are sent as real replies in the same thread. They quote your first email, in that email's language.
- Campaigns and mailboxes now send in parallel, so sending is faster and more even across the day.
- Leads due for an earlier step are sent first. A send interrupted by a restart is no longer counted as sent.
{{ai_name}}removes Polish, German, Austrian, Swiss and Hungarian legal forms and "in liquidation". It writes all-caps names normally and no longer cuts names short.- Each lead row has a Call result button: Interested, Not interested, Neutral or Blacklist. A call result stops follow-ups the way a reply does.
- Add to Pipeline works straight from a lead's row, and you can filter leads by verdict.
- Lead search ignores accents, punctuation and phone formats, and also searches your CSV columns. See Leads.
Unibox
- Opening a conversation marks it read. The buttons say Mark as read and Mark as unread, and a new All read button clears the list.
- "Needs reply" now means the lead wrote last. Unread conversations stand out with a blue dot, a bold name and a brighter card.
- Quoted text folds behind Show quoted text in more cases: quote lines in Slovak, Czech, Polish, German and Hungarian, Gmail quote blocks and Outlook's translated headers. See Unibox.
Email accounts
- The Health column now counts domain problems.
- Critical: an expired or missing domain, no MX record, or a major blacklist.
- Warning: broken SPF or DKIM, or a domain that expires within 30 days.
- See Email Accounts.
Database, stats and calendar
- Contacts on the partners' do-not-contact list are hidden in the company table and profile too.
- Daily Stats fill themselves from your campaigns and pipeline. A number you type yourself is kept and marked Manual. See Daily Stats.
- Google Calendar asks only for access to events, not to your whole calendars. See Calendar.

Mailboxes and the setup guide
- Quick connect: add a mailbox with just its email and password. DataSend finds the servers and tests the login before saving. A CSV with
email, password, nameconnects many at once. - A new setup guide walks you through four steps: domain check, connecting mailboxes, warmup and rotation, and the first campaign.
- The domain check gives the exact DNS fix for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklists, domain age and a missing website.
- Buy mailboxes is its own page in the menu. Ready mailboxes come with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set and warmup on, as a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime.
- Ordering mailboxes makes your next 3 plan payments 50% off.
- See Buy mailboxes.
- Rotation: mailboxes take turns, 2 weeks sending and 2 weeks resting. Resting mailboxes still send follow-ups.
- Bounce guard: a campaign is paused, and you get an email, when more than 8% of at least 50 emails bounce within 3 days.
- Each mailbox has a ready-to-send score from 0 to 100.
- Campaigns, Unibox and Email Accounts remind you when you have too few mailboxes for your plan.
Mail merge
- Mail merge sends one personal email to everyone in an Excel file or a pasted list.
- You can upload and preview before signing up. There is a guided tutorial.
- Preparing and previewing are free; sending needs a paid plan.
Plans and billing
- Paid plans are bigger: Freelancer went from 1,000 to 2,500 unlocks and campaign leads a month, Founder from 5,000 to 10,000.
- Unlocks on paid plans reset on your payment date; the free plan resets on the 1st.
- The redesigned Billing page shows your plan, usage, card, billing details and invoices (PDF, with Pay now on unpaid ones).
- Checkout takes your company name and VAT ID for invoices.
- Plan changes go through Stripe's switch screen with the prorated amount.
- An upgrade window opens when you reach a limit.
- Cancelling offers a 1 to 3 month pause or a cheaper plan first. You can resume a pause and undo a cancellation.
- On the free plan you can set everything up, but you can't add leads to campaigns, send or turn on warmup.
- Dropping to free pauses running campaigns; they restart when you pay again.
- A failed payment puts the account on free until it is paid, with a red Fix payment bar on every page.
- The affiliate program gives you your own link and a 90-day cookie. You earn 30% of your referrals' plan payments for 12 months.
Account, Today and notifications
- Today is the start page after login: replies waiting, follow-ups due, reminders and your next steps. New accounts get a 4-step checklist.
- The new Settings page has your profile, language, tours and help bubbles, password, sign out everywhere, notifications and plan.
- Continue with Google works for sign-up and login. The verification link signs you in, and the verification email comes in your language.
- New emails, each with its own switch on Email preferences:
- an alert when an interested reply arrives;
- a Monday results summary;
- saved-search alerts;
- a card-expiry reminder.
Database
- Save search keeps up to 30 searches, with an optional Monday email when new companies match.
- Suggest from my website reads your site, suggests industries and company sizes, and drafts a first email plus a follow-up. One click turns them into a campaign.
- A list you build on datasend.ai before signing up opens in the Dashboard after signup.
- A company's own email address and the website named like the company are listed first.
- New NACE and Organization filters for Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Slovak business types come from the official register.
- The database passed 15 million companies after the Slovak, Czech and Swiss register imports.
- The company profile is slimmer: revenue, profit with year-on-year change, employees and business type.
- The website score filter was removed because the scores were out of date. See Dashboard.
Campaigns
- CSV columns you don't match to a field become variables, so each lead can get its own text.
- Pasted HTML templates are caught in the editor, with Convert to plain text.
- New campaigns come with a first-run tour, a launch checklist and ? help bubbles.
- The lead table shows your CSV columns, which you can move and hide. Phone numbers are marked mobile or landline.
- A Why 3 follow-ups? box with Add a follow-up appears while a campaign has fewer than 4 emails.
- Each campaign can get one of 8 colors, shown on its conversations in the Unibox. See Email Campaigns.
Pipeline and stats
- The Pipeline became a full CRM. See Pipeline.
- An Archive tab with restore.
- First contact and closed dates, lost reasons, next step and who decides.
- Client tiers A, B and C that set the next contact date.
- A contact history and purchased services.
- New Opportunities and Renewals tabs.
- Pipeline CSV import maps columns, skips duplicates and sets a default next contact.
- Stats gained "Sales from the pipeline": funnel, lost reasons, new and upsell revenue, deal length, win rate and a 12-month summary. It also shows leads added per day by source. See Stats.
Unibox and AI
- The Unibox AI analyzes replies to your campaigns; other mail gets a quick keyword check. A newly connected mailbox no longer pulls its old history in.
- The AI Assistant quotes live company counts per country. See AI Assistant.
Late September 2026
Database and campaigns
- Adding companies from the Dashboard to a campaign lets you choose how many, up to 25,000 at a time. Companies already in the campaign are skipped, so adding again gives you the next ones.
- New Specialization and City filters. The industry filter shows how many companies each industry has, and filters adapt to each market's data.
- Step Analytics shows interested and not interested replies per step and variant. A Sending health line shows inbox placement per sending domain. See Campaign Analytics.
- CSV import keeps backup emails, and the address check switches to a backup when the main address is invalid.
- Blacklisted and unsubscribed addresses are never emailed again by any of your campaigns.
- New settings, with defaults in brackets. See Campaign Settings.
- Skip leads who unsubscribed (on).
- Leave out open tracking (off).
- Leave out the unsubscribe header (on).
- A copy check runs before a campaign starts.
- Teammates with Campaign Access get full access to shared campaigns.
- Campaigns have a time zone picker and optional schedule names.
Email accounts and warmup
- A badge shows when a mailbox's own provider hits its daily cap. The mailbox pauses until the next day.
- Each mailbox shows its last error, such as a failed login. Fixing the password brings a Critical mailbox back.
- Warmup emails look like normal mail and go out only in business hours. See Email Warmup.
Unibox and Pipeline
- Teammates on a shared campaign can open and answer its replies.
- Block Sender sticks, newsletters from people who aren't leads stay out, and warmup mail is kept out of the Unibox.
- Out-of-office detection is better.
- Spam notices count as bounces of the right lead.
- Message someone else sends step 1 of the campaign to a new address the lead points you to.
- An Original view shows any email as received.
- The Pipeline accepts leads for companies that aren't in DataSend.
AI Assistant and Calendar
- AI Assistant chats are saved, and Regenerate replaces the answer in place.
- Calendar fixes: all-day dates are correct, edits reach Google, and only follow-ups, tasks and deadlines can be overdue.
