Contact Lists: Buy Companies Once

A contact list is the set of companies your Dashboard filters show, bought once as a file. You pay per company for the contacts you want, download the list as CSV or Excel, and keep it. No subscription is needed: you can buy on the free plan too.

Prices

You choose what the list should contain. The price is per company.

Buy a list

1. Open the Dashboard, choose a market, set your filters and click Apply Filters.
2. Click the green Buy list button in the top bar (on a phone, the green download icon). It works once the table shows results.
3. The Buy as a contact list window opens. Your filters are shown at the top, so you can check what you are buying.
4. Pick a contact type: Email, phone and website, Emails, Phones or Websites. The app counts the companies.
5. Under How many?, keep the suggested number, type your own, or click All. The companies with the best data come first.
6. Check the summary: "Companies: 10,000 × €0.15", any Credit, and To pay.
7. Click Buy for €1,500 (the amount follows your choice). Stripe's payment page opens.
8. Pay. You land on My lists, where the file is prepared for download.

If your credit covers the whole list, the button reads Get it with my credit and the list is yours straight away, without the payment page.

Tip: The window suggests 10,000 companies for a big selection. Start there, see how the list works for you, and buy the rest later: companies you already have are never charged again.

What the window tells you

Paying

The payment page is Stripe's, in your app language. It shows the item ("Company contacts · email, phone and website"), the number of companies times the price, your filters and any credit as a discount.

• Pay by card, once. Nothing renews.
• Stripe asks for your billing address. If you buy as a business, you can add your company name and VAT ID.
• An invoice is created for the payment.
• If you go back from the payment page, you return to the Dashboard and nothing is charged. Unpaid lists don't appear in My lists.

My lists

My lists (/lists) holds every list you bought, newest first, and your credit. Open it from the app menu; after paying you land there automatically with "Thank you! Your list is ready, download it below."

Note: The Dashboard's own sidebar doesn't show My lists yet. Open it from the menu on any other page, or go to /lists.

Each list shows:

• its name (your market and main filters), the date and the contact type;
• the number of companies, and after the first download how many were credited;
• what you paid, and how much credit was used;
• CSV and Excel download buttons.

When you have none yet, the page says "No lists yet. Filter companies in the database and press “Buy list”." with an Open the database button.

Download the file

1. Click CSV or Excel next to the list.
2. The first time, the file is checked and prepared. Big lists show "Preparing the file… 5,000 / 40,000 (keep this page open)" with a progress bar.
3. The download starts when the file is ready.

Right after paying, preparation starts by itself. If you close the page halfway, it continues where it stopped the next time you click a download button. Later downloads give exactly the same rows. The CSV opens in Excel with accented letters intact.

What's in the file

One row per company, with these columns:

A list of Emails, Phones or Websites has only that contact's two columns. Extra contacts are separated by semicolons.

Only working contacts, credit instead of refunds

When the file is prepared, it is cleaned:

• emails on domains that no longer exist are removed;
• emails and phones on our data partners' do-not-contact list are removed;
• phone numbers that are too short or repeated are dropped.

Every company left without the contact you paid for is credited at its price toward your next list. In an Email, phone and website list, a company that loses its email but keeps a phone is credited €0.10. Companies that have left the database since you bought are credited too.

You see the result on the list ("12 credited (€1.80)") and your balance at the top of My lists: "Credit for your next list: €1.80". There are no money refunds; the credit is taken off your next list automatically. If credit would cover almost all of a list, at least €0.50 is left to pay by card.

Bought companies are unlocked

Once paid, the companies in your list become unlocked in your account, just as if you had opened them:

• their contacts show in the Dashboard table and on their profiles;
• opening them doesn't use your monthly unlocks;
• adding them to a campaign later doesn't use unlocks either (adding to campaigns needs a paid plan);
• they are left out of your future lists, so you never pay for them twice.
