Buy Ready-Made Mailboxes

Order ready-made cold email mailboxes: domains, SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up, warmup and rotation included. Prices, delivery times, rules and cancelling.

Instead of setting up domains and mailboxes yourself, you can order them ready-made. DataSend registers the domains, creates the mailboxes, sets up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and connects them to your account with warmup already running.

Open Buy mailboxes in the sidebar. You also find a Buy mailboxes button at the top of Email Accounts. Prefer to do it yourself? Follow the Setup Guide.

What you get

IncludedDetails
DomainsRegistered for you, with names close to your brand (like acme-mail.eu or getacme.eu), and redirected to your website
DNS setupSPF, DKIM and DMARC set on every domain
MailboxesWith the sender names you pick, 5 per domain
Warmup14 days of warmup before your launch day, then rotation
ConnectionThe mailboxes appear in Email Accounts, ready to use in campaigns
BillingMonthly, cancel anytime

Ready-made mailboxes arrive with warmup on and a daily limit of 25 emails each. You can change the limit later in Email Accounts.

Note: The page also explains why cold email goes out from separate domains: your main domain stays untouched, recipients decide on the name and subject rather than the domain, and a sending domain is cheap to replace. Click "Why not my main domain?" to read it.

Ordering in three steps

Your answers are saved in your browser, so a reload continues where you were.

Step 1: Who you are emailing

  1. Pick every country you will write to: Slovakia, Czechia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary or Elsewhere.
  2. Pick whose names go on the mailboxes: Slovak, Czech, German, Polish, Hungarian or English names, or Our own names (type one name per line). The names follow your first country until you pick a style yourself.

Your countries decide where the mailboxes are hosted:

HostingWhenUsed for
Central EuropeAny country other than only Germany, Austria and SwitzerlandSlovakia, Czechia, Poland, Hungary and the rest
Hosted in GermanyYou pick only Germany, Austria and/or SwitzerlandLocal German providers; a .de domain is preselected

Step 2: How big a fleet

Use − and + to change the size in steps of 50, or click one of the size cards. Each card shows the price per mailbox and the month's total.

Prices per mailbox per month:

Fleet sizeCentral EuropeHosted in Germany
50–99€2.40€3.50
100–249€2.00€3.00
250–499€1.80€2.70
500–1,000€1.50€2.40
  • The smallest fleet is 50 mailboxes (100 on the Founder plan). The largest is 1,000.
  • A new order starts at the size your plan needs: 50 for Freelancer (or no plan yet), 200 for Founder. That card is marked "recommended for" your plan.
  • When a few more mailboxes would reach a cheaper price, the page tells you, for example "Add 50 more and every mailbox drops to €2.00 a month."

Rotation: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off (recommended) is on by default. Half the fleet sends while the other half rests and keeps warming up, then they swap every 2 weeks. The page shows what that means for your volume, for example with 50 mailboxes: 25 send while 25 rest, about 500 emails a day and 10,000 a month.

If you switch rotation off, all mailboxes send every day (20,000 a month with 50), but only until they wear out. Worn-out mailboxes mean lower inbox rates, flagged domains, and paying for new domains plus another 2 weeks of warmup.

Why that many mailboxes

Under the size picker, "Why N mailboxes?" shows the math for your plan:

  • Your plan emails a set number of companies a month (Freelancer 2,500, Founder 10,000).
  • Each company gets a first email and 3 follow-ups over 20 working days.
  • A mailbox stays out of spam at about 20 cold emails a day, and the other half rests.
  • Fleets come in steps of 50, with 5 mailboxes per domain.

For Freelancer that is 500 emails a day, 25 mailboxes sending and 25 resting: 50 mailboxes on 10 domains. For Founder it is 200 mailboxes on 40 domains. A "Why 3 follow-ups?" box below links two industry studies on how many replies come from follow-ups.

Step 3: Your company and payment

  1. Enter your Company or brand name (required) and Your website. Visitors of the new domains are sent to your website.
  2. Pick the domain ending. The price is per domain for its first year.
  3. Optionally add name wishes, for example getacme or acmeteam.
  4. Check the summary and press Start for … a month.
EndingPrice per domain, first yearTypical registrar price
.eu€4.90 (best value)€6.19
.de€3.90 (best value)€4.90
.cz€7.90€9.00
.sk€9.90€13.19
.pl€11.90€14.00

You need one domain per 5 mailboxes. The domains are paid once, with your first payment, and that covers their first year.

Example: 50 mailboxes in Central Europe on .eu cost €120 a month, plus €49 once for 10 domains. Your first payment is €169. The summary also shows the cost per email, here about €0.012 for 10,000 emails a month.

Payment is by card through Stripe. You enter a billing address and can add your company's tax ID for the invoice. By ordering, you agree to the mailbox rules described below.

When your mailboxes are ready

The summary shows three dates: today, the day the mailboxes are in your account, and your launch day.

  1. Within 2 working days: the domains and mailboxes are built and appear in Email Accounts. Warmup starts on its own.
  2. 14 days later: launch day. The mailboxes are warmed up and your first campaign can go out.

You get an email when your payment goes through (with your launch day) and another when the mailboxes are in your account. Use the waiting time to build and test your campaign, so on launch day you only press start.

Tip: Back on the Buy mailboxes page, Your orders lists each order with its size, monthly price and status: "being set up" or "in your account".

50% off your plan

While you keep paying for ready-made mailboxes, your next 3 DataSend plan payments are 50% off.

  • It applies once per customer and never on top of another discount.
  • If you buy mailboxes before you have a plan, the discount shows on the plan's payment page.
  • It ends when your last mailbox order is cancelled.
  • A week before the half price ends, you get an email with the date and the full price.

Sending campaigns needs a paid plan. See Billing.

The mailbox rules

The domains and mailboxes are registered and hosted by DataSend, so ordering means you accept these rules (linked as "mailbox rules" under the pay button):

  1. Business outreach only. Write to companies about something relevant to them. No private consumer addresses and no bought or scraped consumer lists.
  2. Follow the law where your recipients are. You need a legal basis for every email. Some countries, Germany and Austria among them, require prior consent even between companies.
  3. Say who you are and let people opt out. Every email names you and your company and offers a simple way to stop further emails.
  4. Nothing illegal or misleading. No phishing, malware, fake invoices, impersonation, adult content, gambling or investment schemes.
  5. Send only through DataSend. The mailboxes work inside your account with its daily limits and warmup. Their passwords stay with DataSend.
  6. Your recipient data is yours. You decide whom you email and you are the controller of that data.
  7. Bounces and complaints are watched. Breaking the rules can get the mailboxes suspended or deleted without a refund.
  8. Claims caused by your emails. If a complaint, fine or claim reaches DataSend because of your emails, you cover its cost.

Automatic bounce protection

If more than 8% of a campaign's emails bounce, counted over at least 50 emails in the last 3 days, the campaign is paused automatically and you get an email. Verify the leads' addresses and remove invalid ones before you start it again; after a restart, only new emails count. This applies to every campaign, not only those using ready-made mailboxes.

Managing and cancelling

Under Your orders, click Manage or cancel to open the payment portal. There you can see invoices, change your card and cancel the mailbox subscription. Each order is its own subscription, separate from your DataSend plan.

When a mailbox subscription ends, the order is cancelled and its mailboxes are taken down and switched off in your account.

If you close the payment page without paying, you return to the order with the message "Payment cancelled. Nothing was charged."
