All email threads are displayed chronologically, grouped by time: Today, Yesterday, This Week, Older. Each thread preview shows:
- Sender avatar — color-coded circle with the sender's first initial
- Sender name — extracted from the email's From header
- Subject line — preview of the email subject
- Message count — badge showing how many messages are in the thread (e.g., "2" for original + reply)
- Reply indicator — icon showing whether you've replied yet or if it needs attention
- AI Category badge — the AI-assigned classification:
- Interested (green) — prospect expressed interest, wants more info, pricing, or a meeting
- Neutral (gray) — informational response without clear interest or rejection
- Not Interested (red) — prospect declined or asked not to be contacted
- Blacklist (dark) — explicitly asked to be removed from all lists
- Callback (blue) — prospect asked to be contacted later or at a specific time
- Booked (purple) — a meeting or call has been scheduled
- Temperature — Hot (engaged, high priority), Medium, or Cold email indicator
- Star — starred threads for quick access
- Campaign tag — which campaign this reply belongs to (or "Unknown" if not matched)
- Timestamp — when the reply was received
Top Bar Stats
A summary strip across the top shows:
- Total thread count (e.g., "51 threads")
- Breakdown badges with counts: X Interested, X Callback, X Booked, X Not Interested
These give you an instant snapshot of your inbox health.
Filtering & Search
- Search — full-text search across sender names, subject lines, and email content
- Campaign filter — dropdown to show only replies from a specific campaign, or "Unknown" for replies not matched to any campaign
- Category filter — show only threads with a specific AI category (Interested, Callback, etc.)
- Tags filter — filter by user-created custom tags
- View tabs — "All" (with total count) and "Starred" (with starred count)
Bulk Actions
Select multiple threads via checkboxes, then apply: Mark as Read, Archive, or Delete.
Email Detail View (Center Panel)
Selecting a thread opens the full conversation.
AI Analysis Banner
At the very top of each thread, a colored banner displays the AI's analysis:
- Sentiment reason — a 1-2 sentence explanation written in the same language as the email. For example, a German email gets a German summary, an English email gets an English summary — automatically detected from the content.
- Reply button — quick-reply action
- Hot/Cold badge — temperature indicator
The analysis also determines a suggested action, shown as a button:
- Schedule Call — they asked for a call or meeting
- Send Pricing — they asked about prices, offers, or a quote
- Send Info — they want more details or information
- Follow Up Later — they said "not now" but left the door open (AI also extracts the mentioned date, e.g., "in 3 months")
- Disqualify — clear rejection, unsubscribe request
- Forward Contact — they forwarded to someone else (AI extracts the new contact's email)
- Reply — interested but didn't specify what they need
Conversation Thread
The full email thread in chronological order:
- Each message shows: sender name, email address, full timestamp, and the complete rendered HTML body
- Your sent campaign emails are labeled "You" with badges indicating "Cold Email" (first step) or "Follow-up #2", "Follow-up #3" etc.
- Individual messages can be expanded/collapsed by clicking
- The thread shows the full context — your original outreach plus all replies
Quick Action Buttons
A row of 8 one-click action buttons for common responses:
- Call — mark for call scheduling
- Pricing — send pricing information
- Info — send more details
- Later — follow up later
- No — mark as not interested
- Fwd — forward to someone
- Reply — open reply composer
- Block — block the sender
Reply Composer
A rich text editor for writing responses, with several productivity features:
Formatting Toolbar: Bold, Italic, Underline, Ordered List, Unordered List, Code block, Link insertion.
Templates Dropdown: Pre-written reply templates for common scenarios. Default templates included:
- Not Interested — polite acknowledgment of their refusal
- Send Pricing — response with pricing/offer details
- Schedule Call — proposing a call with time options
- More Info — providing additional information
- Follow Up — gentle follow-up message
You can also create custom templates with a name and color tag. The template manager lets you create, edit, and delete templates. When you select a template, its content is inserted into the reply editor — you can then customize it before sending.
Signature Dropdown: Insert sender-specific variables into your reply:
- Account Signature (full name + domain)
- Sender Name
- Sender Domain
- Sender Email
This is useful when replying from a shared inbox — the signature matches the account that originally sent the campaign email.
Grammar Check: Click the grammar check button to run an AI-powered grammar review on your reply text. The system either confirms "Perfect!" (no issues found) or shows "Fixed!" and applies corrections automatically.
AI Draft: Click "AI Draft" to have the AI generate a complete reply based on the full conversation context. The AI reads the original campaign email, the prospect's reply, and any previous messages to craft a contextually appropriate response.
AI Instructions: An optional text field where you can guide the AI draft. For example: "Be more casual," "Mention our 30% discount," "Propose a meeting next Tuesday," or "Keep it to 2 sentences." The AI incorporates these instructions into the generated draft.
Send Reply: Click to send. Shows a loading spinner during sending. The reply is sent from the same email account that originally contacted the lead.
